Who is a Guest?
Guests are defined as individuals outside the Member’s immediate family. This may include:
Adult children over the age of 25
Extended family, including parents and grandparents
Friends
Employees & Colleagues
Can I use my Membership benefits for a Guest?
Yes - TravelWealth Members may request bookings for Guest Travelers even when the Member is not traveling.
However, certain restrictions and fees may apply for Guest bookings.
Guests Traveling With the Member

TravelWealth Members may bring Guest Travelers on any trip, as long as the Member is traveling on the same itinerary (same flight, hotel, cruise, etc.) for no additional booking fee.
The Guest Traveler has access to all of the same Travel Services that are available to the Member. This includes:
Flights
Accommodations
Cruises
Private Transfers
Destination Management
All travel arrangements for Guest Travelers must be paid with cash and/or the Member’s points. TravelWealth is unable to use Guest Travelers’ points for any bookings.

There are NO additional fees for Guests traveling with Members provided they meet the Conditions & Restrictions.
Guests Traveling Without the Member

TravelWealth Members may gift a trip to a Guest Traveler (someone who is not a Member) even when the Member is not personally traveling. These bookings are subject to the following limitations:
How many Guest Traveler trips per year?
Each Member may gift up to three (3) Guest Traveler trips per calendar year.
An individual may receive only one (1) Guest Traveler trip per calendar year. The same person may not be booked for multiple Guest Traveler trips within the same year.
What is included in a Guest Traveler trip?
Flights (either paid with cash or booked using the Member’s points)
Accommodations (cash bookings only, through TravelWealth’s consortium partners)
Cruises (cash bookings only)
Unlimited access to the TravelWealth Self-Booking Portal, including:
Hotels
Private transfers
Activities and tours
Bookings made through the Self-Booking Portal do not count against the annual Guest Trip allotment. Use of the Self-Booking portal is unlimited for members and any Guest Travelers.
Please note: TravelWealth cannot use a Guest Traveler’s personal points or rewards for any part of the trip.

Guest Traveler Airfare using Members’ points:
$300 for 1st passenger
$150 for each additional passenger on the same itinerary
Guest Traveler Airfare Using Cash:
$150 for 1st passenger
$75 for each additional passenger on the same itinerary
Guest Traveler Hotels and Cruises booked through TravelWealth Partners
Hotel or Cruise (with flight): Included in Airfare fees above at no additional charge.
Hotel or Cruise Only (no flight included): $100 flat fee for Guest Traveler trip requests that do not include an associated Airfare Fee.
Guest Traveler Bookings made through TravelWealth’s Self-Booking Portal
No Fee
Late Submission Fee:
Trip requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of travel. Requests submitted less than 7 days prior to the start of the trip are subject to availability and will incur a $300 late fee, in addition to the applicable booking fees above.

We will charge additional fees for any Guest Bookings upon submission of the Guest Trip Request Form. These fees are non-refundable, even if the Guest chooses not to proceed with a booking.
We will charge all fees to the Member’s card on file for the membership dues.

Yes, any receipts and confirmation emails that TravelWealth receives for a Guest’s booking is available upon request from the Member. Please reach out to the Travel Designer who booked the trip if you would like this documentation.

TravelWealth membership provides all services to the Member’s children age 25 years and under. Once a child is over 25 years old, they will be classified as a Guest Traveler.
If an adult child requires services beyond the Guest Booking policies, please reach out to admin@travelwealth.com to discuss additional family membership options.

Business partners and colleagues are subject to the Guest Traveler policies. If a business partner or colleague requires services beyond the Guest Booking policies, please reach out to admin@travelwealth.com to discuss corporate membership options.

Absolutely. We are well-versed in group bookings. So long as the primary member is on the trip, TravelWealth will assist with group bookings, including:
Hotel Room Blocks
Group Cruises
Meeting & Incentive Trips
Corporate Retreats
