When airlines, hotels, or other providers cause disruptions to your itinerary, we’ve got you covered. Our team is available to assist with alternative arrangements whenever your travel plans are affected.

Voluntary Changes/Cancellations
We understand plans change, so we are here to assist with updates to your trips. Changes or cancellations made to a booking at least 3 days prior to the start of your trip are included at no additional cost for Black Elite Members. For changes or cancellations within 3 days, additional fees may apply.*

Original Bookings
TravelWealth can only provide support for bookings made through our services. If a member books travel independently or through a third-party, we are unable to assist with changes/cancellation to those arrangements.
