While we encourage submitting Trip Requests in advance to allow ample time to thoroughly search and build the best travel arrangements, we are also available to accommodate last-minute requests. Fees may apply.*

All your flights are covered, whether booking with cash or points.
Award bookings are where your points truly shine. Our Travel Team expertly manages the flight search, point transfers, and ticketing process, making even complex premium ticket bookings simple for you. We’ll secure the best seats on the top airlines, ensuring a seamless and elevated travel experience.

Membership includes unlimited cash bookings and award stays through hotel loyalty programs.
Thanks to our consortium partnerships with over 5,000 luxury properties worldwide, your stay is elevated with exclusive promotional rates, VIP amenities, and priority upgrades. Whether for business or leisure, we ensure you stay in style. While points are typically best used for flights, we’ll also leverage them for hotel stays when the redemption value is favorable.
Accommodation Booking Exclusions
Short-term vacation rental websites without quality control. However, we work with select private villa consortiums that meet our high standards.
Credit card portal bookings. Better rates and booking options are available through alternative channels.
Group-negotiated blocks that were not secured by TravelWealth (e.g., conferences or weddings).

When working with a Destination Manager, TravelWealth facilitates full trip management, including personalized activities, curated tours, and more.
For hotel concierges or independent tour providers, TravelWealth makes the introductions, enabling members to work directly with these experts for a customized experience.

Involuntary Changes/Cancellations
When airlines, hotels, or other providers cause disruptions to your itinerary, we’ve got you covered. Our team is available to assist with alternative arrangements whenever your travel plans are affected.Voluntary Changes/Cancellations
We understand plans change, so we are here to assist with updates to your trips. Changes or cancellations made to a booking at least 3 days prior to the start of your trip are included at no additional cost for Black Elite Members. For changes or cancellations within 3 days, additional fees may apply.*Original Bookings
TravelWealth can only provide support for bookings made through our services. If a member books travel independently or through a third-party, we are unable to assist with changes/cancellation to those arrangements.

An invaluable service for small business owners, TravelWealth has developed exclusive partnerships and processes to capture payroll expenses on credit cards. Since payroll is often a business's largest expense, converting these transactions into credit card points unlocks incredible value, accelerating points accumulation for enhanced travel rewards and experiences.
Guest Trip Bookings

TravelWealth Members may bring Guest Travelers on any trip, as long as the Member is traveling on the same itinerary (same flight, hotel, cruise, etc.) for no additional booking fee.
The Guest Traveler has access to all of the same Travel Services that are available to the Member. This includes:
Flights
Accommodations
Cruises
Private Transfers
Destination Management
All travel arrangements for Guest Travelers must be paid with cash and/or the Member’s points. TravelWealth is unable to use Guest Travelers’ points for any bookings.

TravelWealth Members may gift a trip to a Guest Traveler (someone who is not a Member) even when the Member is not personally traveling. These bookings are subject to the following limitations:
How many Guest Traveler trips per year?
Each Member may gift up to three (3) Guest Traveler trips per calendar year.
An individual may receive only one (1) Guest Traveler trip per calendar year. The same person may not be booked for multiple Guest Traveler trips within the same year.
Guest Travel without Members is subject to additional terms and fees. Please review the Guest Booking Privileges page for more details and next steps.
Manage Membership

Membership dues are automatically billed to the credit card on file on the 1st day of each month.
Dues are provided to each member via email in a personalized proposal. Any changes to dues will be communicated with 30 days' written notice from TravelWealth.

The membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.
After 12 months, the member may cancel by providing 30 days' written notice.
If a member has travel arrangements (or Guest Traveler arrangements) scheduled through TravelWealth beyond the 12-month mark, they agree to extend the membership term and may not cancel until those travel plans have concluded.

While we like to accommodate every request, there are certain services that we are unable to offer or guarantee due to complexity, legality, or the lack of quality control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Reservations for restaurants, spa Treatments, etc. (may use hotel concierge)
Golf Tee Times (may use hotel concierge or we partner with golf-focused Destination Managers)
Securing Event Tickets (we can connect you to an elite ticket broker)
Booking short-term rental properties through popular websites with no quality control (we do work with vetted luxury villa consortiums)
Booking and managing timeshares
Booking hotels through credit card travel portals. TravelWealth cannot properly manage or monitor these reservations. There are better and preferred paths for booking hotels.
Changing/canceling bookings that TravelWealth did not originate
Bookings in room blocks (conferences, weddings, etc.) that were not negotiated by TravelWealth
Travel Visa Applications
Travel Insurance Claims
Pet/Service Animal Tickets
Filing Complaints with Airlines
Lost/damaged Bag Claims (these should be completed in person at the airport)
We can request your preferences, but cannot guarantee airlines will comply with seat selection, meal selection, dietary restrictions, nut allergies, etc.
We cannot guarantee checked bag interline agreements. See the TravelWealth Resource Center for more information.
We cannot guarantee lounge access availability or quality. Use the LoungeReview app for most up-to-date information.
We are not responsible for tracking points/miles expiration dates. We will do our best to monitor and assist with deadline extensions.
We maintain discreet and confidential handling of member trip details – we are unable to share trip details with any other person without the traveling member’s consent.
We are unable to make bookings using a non-member’s points or miles.

The Travel Services and Wealth Services provided to Black Elite members are included in the standard membership dues. However, certain requests outside of that scope may incur an additional charge:
New Trip Requests on Short Notice (within 3 days of trip)

Cancel Membership

Members must provide a 30-day written notice to TravelWealth ahead of cancellation.
TravelWealth will not consider a reactivation of the account for at least 12 months from the time of cancellation.
TravelWealth does not hold rates. Returning Members will reapply at current market prices and availability at that time.
TravelWealth caps the membership at 150 accounts to ensure our high-touch approach and cannot guarantee availability down the road.
A Membership requires a minimum commitment period of 12 months.
Need to take a break? We’ll hold your rate and keep your place in our limited Membership group with our
Standby Mode

The Standby rate is $250 per month
You remain "Active" in our system with access to our newsletters, online resources, and the Self-Booking Portal (so you can still book things for yourself with our consortium partnerships)
There cannot be any upcoming scheduled trips (Standby is only available after all upcoming trips are complete)
When on Standby, there is no active Travel Services or Wealth Services support
You must remain on Standby for at least 12 months (there's no maximum)
When you are ready to reactivate, you are recommitting to the full membership for at least 12 months
We will protect the member's current rate for at least 24 months after going on Standby. So if someone is on Standby for 12 months, the dues are protected for at least 12 months from then. If they are on Standby for 18 months, the dues are protected for at least 6 months.
